Ordering your product

To keep it sustainable, all our products are made by order, so note that it may take
between 3 and 14 days to create and prepare your order.
You’ll find all the necessary details in the product descriptions or you can ask your
own details at sales@gnanastudio.com

Payment

Gnana Studio accepts to following payment methods:
Cash on Delivery – only for Romania
Credit Card – Visa, Master Card. We collaborate with MobilPay for card payments.
PayPal – unavailable for the moment
Direct Bank Transfer in one of the following Gnana Studio accounts open at OTP Bank

Shipping

We deliver worldwide, in all European Countries, United States and Canada, South
America, Asia ,Australia and Middle East.
The shipping time will be calculated after the dispatch of your order depending on the
country of delivery.
Urgent Cargus is our courier for domestic deliveries. After your parcel has been
shipped, you will receive an email containing your AWB number and other delivery
details.
DPD is our courier for all the shippings outside Romania. After your parcel has been
shipped, you will receive an email containing your AWB number and other delivery
details. You can check your parcel here www.dpd.com

2-5 working days – EUR 15
WORLDWIDE
POST Delivery up to 7-14 working days – EUR 35

All products shipped in Europe on a DDP basis, contain all the taxes and duties in their
final price. Note that the some charges can be applied at the entrance of the package
in your country for the shippings outside Europe.

Returns

You can return an item in maximum 14 days after the delivery date.
Send an email with all the return details on sales@gnanastudio.com
After accepting your return, you can prepare the package for delivery.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
An item can be returned if:

It is not the item you ordered on our store
Your item has a different size than the one you ordered
The product is damaged

For returning a product, the following have to be respected

You noticed us about the return within 3 working days after delivery
The parcel will be returned within 14 days after delivery
The product is in the same original package with all the tags attached
The product is clean, without any wearing marks
The product is not damaged
Note that all our items are made by order, sometimes on your own measurements. If
you decide not to keep an item without respecting the terms above, your return will
not be accepted and the package will be sent back to you.

Please send the package from the same country and address as the billing and delivery address, it’s easier for us to track our parcels.
You can choose for a full refund or exchange your product with another or a similar
one.

In case of a refund, the procedure will start within 14 days from receiving your
package and checking if all the conditions above were respected.
